6. Garantías de los productos

Todos los productos tienen una garantía de 3 años. Si el producto presenta un defecto de fabricación dentro de este plazo, el cliente tiene derecho a la reparación, sustitución o reembolso.

Primeros 6 meses: Durante los primeros 6 meses desde la entrega del producto, se presume que cualquier defecto que surja ya existía al momento de la entrega, por lo que no es necesario que el cliente demuestre que el defecto es de fabricación. En este periodo, es responsabilidad del vendedor reparar o sustituir el producto defectuoso sin coste adicional para el cliente.

De 6 meses a 3 años: Pasados los primeros 6 meses, el cliente sigue teniendo derecho a la reparación o sustitución. Sin embargo, en este caso, se considera que es el cliente quien debe demostrar que el defecto ya existía en el momento de la entrega. Si el cliente no puede demostrar esto, la carga de la prueba puede recaer en el propio cliente lo que puede implicar que los gastos de reparación o sustitución sean asumidos por él si no se demuestra el defecto.
Excepciones para la aplicación de la garantía por uso indebido:
Si el cliente ha utilizado el producto de manera incorrecta, negligente o no conforme con las instrucciones del fabricante, el defecto no estará cubierta por la garantía.
